Frequently Asked Questions

No, no matter how many nights of the Pattaya Pass you purchased, you can either use them night by night, or use it for all the rooms of your friends and family at once or distribute it as you see fit. As long as we have a room available, you can use your Pattaya Pass nights until they are used up.

All nights purchased through the Pattaya Pass can be used for stays from Sunday to Thursday only, while the Pattaya Weekend Pass nights can be used on any day of the week, including Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays.

No, all Pattaya Pass and Pattaya Pass WEEKEND nights are non-refundable, but they are transferable, if you can for whatever reason not use them, you can give them to one of your friends or family so they can use them.

We require your full name, your Mobile Number as well as your email address, as only reservations from the Purchaser can be accepted to secure that every reservation is actually valid from the buyer. If you decide to gift some of the Pattaya Pass nights to another person, then the reservation needs to come from one of the registered details (Name, Phone No, and email address) and state clearly that this reservation is for a third party with their Name and Phone number as well.

Currently we accept Prompt Pay or direct deposit into the Bank account of the Hotel only, an Online Payment facility is in the works as well, but not yet ready. Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive a unique Reservation Confirmation Code. When making a reservation via our Online Booking Engine or by phone or Line, please quote this Reservation Confirmation Code together with the name of the purchaser and either the registered phone number or the registered email address in order to secure the reservation is actually from you.

After every reservation, together with the confirmation email / line Message, we will send you the number of remaining nights of your Pattaya Pass for your reference.

There is no set time frame to make reservations, if we have a room available, it’d yours, may it be for today or for next week.

No, these are special packages are so low in price that we cannot refund them, they need to be prepaid and are then non-refundable, however if you cannot use the package at your original reservation date, you can change the dates one time backwards to a different date, if rooms at the new date are available.

Yes and no actually, you can change the original arrival date to a different date, if at the new date the room is still available, however you cannot shorten your stay or request a refund for the long stay package once you started using the package, as of then it is non-refundable and requires pre-payment.
